Today, July 11, 2015, from 7:00 A.M. - 1:00 P.M. 6718 Rio Grande Boulevard NW, Los Ranchos, NM 87107, in the tennis court parking lot

Lavender and Garlic Festival (extended hours to 1:00 P.M.)

The market features fresh cut lavender bouquets, lavender plants, companion plants, special lavender products, various types of garlic, and special products featuring garlic.  Arts/Crafts vendors will have unique items showcasing lavender and garlic.

Market Tables

There are a lot of choices of fresh, local produce and products including:
Apricots, blackberries, cherries, peaches, strawberries, basil, peas, spring onions, green garlic, lots of assorted greens (spinach, chard, kale, lettuce mixes, stir-fry mixes),  micro greens, beets, fennel, carrots, turnips, rhubarb, sun chokes, edible flowers, fresh herbs, eggs, pecans, smoothies, jams/jellies, cheeses, grass-fed beef,  Alaskan wild salmon, various breads and pastries,  chocolates, pecans, honey, biscotti, tartlets, home-made granola, home-made seasonal plants, plant starts, herb plants, house plants, dried herbs, culinary herbal mixes, burritos, pastries, hot coffee, and more!

Worms/Worm Bins

Root Cellar Farms will be at the market on Saturday.  Worms can be pre-ordered by Thursday the 9th, no later than 1:00 p.m. by contacting us at rootcellarfarm@gmail.com or at 286-6681.

Arts and Crafters

Arts and crafters feature creative and unique gifts including:   Musical wind chimes, large selection of handcrafted jewelry, cold processed soaps, lotions and soy candles.  Batiked and tie-dyed T-Shirts, women and little girl clothing, handbags, knitted scarves, ceramic ornaments, quilts, and table runners.  Decorative and functional pottery, tiles, felt art for home and heart, stained glass, & mosaic tables. Beautiful wood home accessories, toys, and frames, fabric books, block printed and silkscreened textiles, hand painted silk scarves, greeting cards, origami, detailed paper-cuts;  all handmade by NM artists.
